Cherries are the Best

I should probably just wait until Caden is in bed at night to make entries because something else always happens that feels noteworthy.

For dinner tonight we gave Caden a fruit cup. He was digging into it pretty well, which is always nice. When he spooned up his first cherry Greg was like "Oh, you got a cherry!" We watched and after swallowing that first cherry he threw down his spoon and started digging through the fruit cup for more! It was hilarious. After that he picked the whole cup up and twirled it around until he spotted the last cherry from the side. He's a smart kid - he already knows the cherries are the best part.

Also, I forgot to mention that Caden skyped with Aunt Melissa for the first time yesterday. He seemed pretty excited about seeing her and tried holding the phone up to her face. Hopefully the rest of the family can get hooked up soon so Caden can skype with them too. He's pretty antsy and doesn't last long, but it would be nice for everyone to see him every once in awhile when they can't see him that often in person. It's really good for him too.
